You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the utility data and facility information uploaded to the platform. CarbonTrack calculations are based on official emission factors (CEA India, IPCC), but results depend entirely on user-provided inputs.
The reports generated by CarbonTrack are intended for compliance assistance. While we aim for audit-ready accuracy, these reports should be reviewed and verified by a registered independent auditor before formal submission to regulatory bodies (SEBI/BEE).
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
